About me
I’m Ewa Rutkiewicz – a real estate agent at Freedom Nieruchomości Gdańsk Centrum, deeply rooted in Gdańsk’s Piecki-Migowo district, where I was born and still live. I combine analytical thinking with empathy, because I believe the best transaction is one where both sides feel safe.
For years I worked in client service and data analysis. That gave me something no course can teach — the ability to listen and find solutions where others see problems. I lead every transaction from A to Z: home staging, professional photo session, negotiations, banking and notarial formalities.
Honesty and transparent communication are the foundation of my work. I don’t promise the moon — I tell you straight what’s realistic and work so that you don’t have to worry about anything.
Privately I’m a high-energy person. I’ve dived in the Red Sea, practise yoga, trained swimming and volleyball, travel a lot and love animals. Those experiences shaped the qualities I apply to my work every day: determination, empathy, consistency and strategic thinking.
Sport taught me that results come through patience and consistency. In negotiations I fight for the best price to the very end — with calculation, not emotion.
Travel is constant planning and reacting to change. I run transactions the same way — with a clear plan but ready for any scenario.
I love animals. That builds patience and sensitivity to other people’s needs — key in working with clients.
Knowing languages says something about me — I’m persistent, patient and don’t give up even when things get complicated. I know how to listen, understand people and adapt to different situations. And that’s exactly who I am when I guide clients through the whole transaction process.

The full package: free market valuation, preparing the property for the photo shoot (home staging), professional photo session, publication on listing portals (Otodom, OLX, Morizon, Gratka and others), promotion of the listing on classifieds portals, social media campaign, organising Open Days, conducting viewings (I adjust to your schedule), price negotiations, buyer verification, organising all required documents, coordination with the bank and the notary. You get regular activity reports.
Yes. I look for offers matched to your criteria (including off-market), verify the legal and technical status, negotiate the price on your behalf and guide you through the whole formal process. I work with trusted mortgage advisers, so financing support is part of the service.
Open Days are organised property viewings held within a set time slot. Instead of individual visits stretched over weeks, I invite everyone interested in a single window. That creates a natural sense of competition among buyers and shortens the selling time. In practice, properties presented in the Open Day model sell faster and often above the asking price.
There’s no need for renovation — in most cases home staging alone is completely enough. It’s the strategic preparation of a property for sale through proper arrangement, accessories, lighting and tidying the space, which genuinely increases its appeal to buyers. I cover the home staging cost myself. If minor repairs turn out to be needed, I’ll advise what’s worth fixing and what isn’t — always with the best sales outcome in mind.
